Please take the time to remember the some 10,000 allied casualties from 6 June 1944, and what they were fighting for. I had the opportunity to be there on the 50th anniversary in 1994, and it is a sight to see. It’s also a good reminder that freedom isn’t free, and that both the Hitlers and Saddams of the world need to be stopped.
